The Alberta Municipal Taxation Professionals Association (AMTPA) continues to build a network of municipal property tax professionals for collaboration, support and education. Our membership has grown to over 345 members and includes 149 Alberta municipalities.

We continue to grow our vision of providing a platform to share knowledge, expertise and ideas; provide high quality educational opportunities; advocate for legislation improvements and share information. The support of partners like yourself will help to make this happen.

Our next annual conference will be held at the DoubleTree Hilton West, Edmonton, Alberta on September 23 - 25, 2026.

The conference will focus on current topics that affect our municipalities as well as provide personal growth opportunities.  The networking alone amongst like colleagues helps us all to become better employees and more knowledgeable in our field.
